These terms govern your use of services provided by Great Lakes Property Management Group, LLC ("Great Lakes PMG", "we", "us"), including our tenant service request form, our contractor application and dispatch portal, and any SMS or email notifications we send. By using our services or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. Contractors must be legally permitted to perform the trades they offer in the jurisdictions where they perform work.
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our contractor application, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Great Lakes PMG at the number provided. The program sends transactional dispatch notifications: when you've been invited to or assigned a service request, when an assignment status changes, and operational updates related to active jobs.
We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or opt-in data with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
Acceptance of a contractor application does not guarantee dispatch volume, exclusivity, or any specific work assignments. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees of Great Lakes PMG, and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, tools, taxes, and workmanship. A completed W-9 is required before payment is issued on any completed service request.
You agree not to use our services to: submit false or misleading information; access accounts or data that aren't yours; attempt to disrupt our systems; or violate applicable laws.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Lakes PMG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
